The goal of our fundraiser was to provide health and school kits for children in Kenya. We would like to thank all of our students who participated, donated funds and built better bones at the same time!

  • Holiday Pajama Drive Begins Again

      We are excited to be organizing our 2nd Holiday Pajama Drive for the kids in the care of the Halton Children’s Aid Foundation. The pajama drive began with a Christmas tradition. Every Christmas Eve in our home, the children are excited to open one gift before bed. That gift always contains a fuzzy warm pair of pj’s for their Christmas slumber. We wanted to extend our tradition on to other children in our community who may need our help. Last year our yoga community at Creating Space Yoga Studio collected 65 pairs of warm pj’s for these kids. This …
